Collab24.com is an ASP (Application Solution Provider) solution. That means that it is a hosted on-demand application for a monthly fee. This fee is calculated according to the number of users and the minimum period of the agreement, and ranges between €30 and €130 per user and month. In addition, we will charge €3,000 once for the Starter Kit, which includes installation, customisation to your CI and one day's consultation and user training.

The monthly basic fee includes the availability of the Vignette Business Collaboration Servers (VBCS Version 5.6.3) as an on-demand model on a server used exclusively by the one customer. Each customer will be given its own subdomain at Collab24.com (for example, companyname.collab24.com) or a subdomain within the company domain (such as collaboration.companyname.com). The shared 100 Mbit connection includes 150 GB of data traffic per month. The monthly basic fee also includes 24/7 software servicing with a guaranteed reaction time of two hours as well as web-based 9-5 second-level user support and virus filtering for incoming and outgoing e-mail traffic.

We conduct regular sample testing. If you have registered more users than allowed by the agreement, we will tell you and, if necessary, negotiate an adjustment on the monthly fee.

Apart from the monthly fee, there will be no extra charges. We will only charge the €3,000 as a one-off payment for the Starter Kit. This includes setting up the subdomain, installing Vignette Collaboration Business Server on the server reserved for your use only, customisation to your CI, and one manpower-day’s consultation and user training. Any further customer customisation you might request we will charge at cost.
