This unique searching agent function informs everyone involved automatically of any document changes or new uploads on a particular topic. Users simply subscribe to particular folders, documents or entire projects and automatically receive a message on "My Page" or by e-mail. A search agent constantly checks through the entire Collaboration Platform and notifies the user as soon as there is new information matching that particular keyword - now that's information sharing!

Notifications are not limited to new information on the Collaboration Platform, but extend to sources on the Web at large. Web "search bots" can, if required, search through external Web sites and report any relevant changes as soon as they arise. This is an excellent way of keeping track of the competition. Or you can keep abreast of important changes and news alerts from customer and supplier extranets without having to log in to them every day.
