Collab24.com is ideal for customers that would like to use the high-end enterprise collaboration platform without paying licensing charges. Collab24.com is an on-demand solution, which means we will provide you with a web platform and assume the responsibilities for maintenance, hosting, operation, and support - you only pay the monthly per-user fee.
This model is ideally structured for SMBs that do not have the resources internally available for such a platform, but also for large companies that only need a teamwork platform for certain departments or projects. The information can be migrated onto an internally operated collaboration platform based on Vignette Business Collaboration Server at any time.
If you stop using collaboration platform, we can export all of the information stored. The costs will depend on the amount of information and the costs involved.
Services
The following services are included in the monthly fee:
- Availability of Vignette Business Collaboration Server (VBCS Version 5.6.3) as an ASP on-demand model
- Availability of a dedicated server - every customer is provided with its own server that is physically separate from all the other customers servers
- Shared 100 Mbit Internet connection including 150 GB data transfer per month
- Server monitoring and software servicing with 24/7 operation, including a guaranteed reaction time of two hours
- Web-based 9-5 second-level user support
- Virus filtering for incoming and outgoing traffic
- Individual subdomain under Collab24.com (such as companyname.collab24.com) or a subdomain within your own company domain (such as collaboration.companyname.com)
- Customisation to corporate identity (logo, colours) as well as one manpower-day of training included in the Starter Kit
- Other customer-specific customisation if required, billed at cost
